The UK release of the 9CD box set, “Old Friend – The Deluxe Collection (1976-1998)” on SoulMusic Records which I had the privilege to co-produce with Glenda Gracia, the executrix of Phyllis’ estate, prompted me to check on some video clips of the iconic performer and recording artist.  One of my absolutely stunning tracks on the box set and an all-time favourites by Phyllis is “Sacred Kind Of Love,” a beautiful recording by the legendary Grover Washington Jr….
